Mardi Gras & Lantern Parade

Come along and watch the progression of floats showcasing the best of Mount Isa at the Mardi Gras & Lantern Parade.  Enjoy free family entertainment and a laser light show spectacle. 

This year's theme is Bulls, Bright Lights & Blue Jeans. The Mardi Gras & Lantern Parade is held in the streets surrounding Buchanan Park on Friday 6th August. The parade will commence at 7pm. Free entertainment commences at 5.30pm.

Entry is free. To enter a float in the Mardi Gras & Lantern Parade, simply download the Entry Form or to enter your business into the 2010 Rodeo Best Dressed Premises Competiton, simply download the Entry Form and send the completed form and relevant documentation to
